The yield stress must verify the constraint:

$$ f=\overline{\sigma}-\sigma_{yield}=0 $$

where $ \overline{\sigma}$ is the equivalent stress computed and $ \sigma_{yield} $ is a yield stress specific for thixotropic materials.
