Modifs

• Finalisation des classes "Factory":
  • Conversion de MaterialID en Factory<Material>. Notons au passage ce magnifique bug du visual .NET 2003 qui peut arriver lorsqu'on essaye de transformer une classe en typedef de template. La liste des identificateurs de paramètres matériaux (celle qui contient ELASTIC_MODULUS, MASS_DENSITY, etc) dérive maintenant d'un quadruple template (!) : Singleton<IDListTemplate<PropertyID<Factory<Material>>>>. C'est cool et ça marche.
• Déplacement de fichiers vers Metafor:
  • gestion dynamique des éléments (ElementID), des matériaux (MaterialID), Factory et Properties
