I reorganised and renamed my tests and folders in additiveM. The battery folder has also been moved to additiveM.

Main changes:

• battery is now in additiveM instead of having 2 battery folders in withStageManager and in withAdditiveManager
• withAdditivemanager → withAM
• withStageManager → withStages
• activationWithAdditiveManager.py → activate1Line.py
• activationWithStages.py → activate1LineStages.py
• testSimpleLineWithStages.py → activate1LineWithBCStages.py
