====== Combined Implicit/Explicit time integration ======

  * Simulation of a blade casing interaction in an aeroengine.
  * The centre of rotation is moved to the left during the first half round and then it recovers its initial position during the second half round (simulates out of balance forces resulting from a blade loss).
  * The simulation is computed with an implicit scheme except during impact phases.
